Availability

I’m available by appointment for both daytime and evening sessions and I’m contactable by both phone and email. I will return phone and email messages within 48 hours at the latest unless I’m on annual leave in which case my voicemail and ‘out of office’ email response will provide details of the date of my return.

Confidentiality

I work under a professional ethical framework (UKCP, IATE) and if we work together your confidentiality will be guaranteed except under exceptional circumstances which I will explain to you fully at our initial session. An example would be if I feel you may be at risk of harm to yourself or others. In this instance, I may work with you to seek more support by referring you to a GP or crisis team. However, I would do this in a transparent way; working with you to ensure your needs are met and that you are safe.

 

 

Cancellation

If I need to cancel an appointment I will give you as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel an appointment please give me as much notice as possible. If I receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation the full fee will be payable.

 

 

Payment

Fees are payable by cash at the end of each session or by bank transfer. For long term clients monthly invoicing can be arranged.
